Factory and quality
Changzhou Hswiss Motor Technology was founded in 2013 in the Wujin Economic Development Zone, Changzhou. We develop, manufacture and sell motors, motor parts and micro generators. Our motors are used in communication equipment, model aircraft, medical equipment, smart home, auto parts, smart toys, fitness equipment and power tools, and we sell to Europe, the Americas, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and mainland China.

How we are organised
Each department reports to the general manager. Quality has its own metrology, inspection and document control.
Engineering and development
Motor design and development, and a sample workshop for first units.
Quality
Metrology and gauges, inspection, and control of the quality system and its documents.
Production
Production teams, and equipment maintenance for the assembly lines.
Purchasing
Purchasing of materials and parts, and the warehouse.
Sales
Quotations, orders and customer contact.
Human resources
Recruitment and training.

Accounts and payments.
Management
General manager and a management representative for the quality system.
